RETURN/REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
1. REFUND FOR FAILED TRANSACTION
In the event there is any claim for/ amount debited or failed transaction by the user for any reason whatsoever, he shall immediately approach Customer care with his/ her claim details and inquiry about the amount and refund. Such refund (if any) shall be made only by the respective bank via payment gateway or by any suitable means.
2.CANCELLATION OF ORDERED SERVICE
a. REFUND FOR SERVICES The customer shall be entitled to a 95% refund if the request for a refund is made within 24hrs from the time of successfully placing the order. If the order placed by the customer exceeds the time duration of 24 hours, Consultation and design services are non-refundable due to the personalized nature of the work and the resources allocated. Our on-site supervision, on-site visits, execution, on-site styling and offline shopping assistance services are charged separately based on the project requirements. Such charges are non-refundable.
